Brenda Andrews holds a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Systems Genetics and Cell Biology in the Department of Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto. Her pioneering work in functional genomics and systems biology has significantly advanced our understanding of gene networks. She has mentored over 100 graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, many of whom have become leaders in academia and industry. Within QuantOmics, Dr. Andrews contributes her expertise in guiding research projects that integrate genomic data with quantum sensing technologies and teaches in Course 1.3 — AI in Genomics.
